Generate Content With AI
Generate Content with AI is the new function introduced with Starter Templates 3.5.
It will work alongside the standard content generator to add a whole new dimension to building websites.
Rather than providing generic lorem ipsum content and stock images which need to be replaced, you can now generate unique AI content and images right away.
The new feature works on block patterns and page designs for maximum flexibility.
AI can deliver optimized, usable content immediately, saving time and effort whenever you build a website.

How Does Generate Content With AI Work?
If you have generated a website using ZipWP before, the process is very similar.
Rather than building an entire website using a single AI prompt, you can generate unique block patterns and pages using individual prompts.
This gives you much more control over what’s on the page and allows you to refine individual pages according to its needs. You can also include relevant SEO keywords too!
To use Generate Content with AI:
Install the Starter Templates plugin and activate it or update it to the latest version (3.5).
Select Appearance > Starter Templates and select a page builder.
Select a template to install and follow the installation wizard.
Once done, open a page in your editor and select the blue Template Kits button at the top of the screen.
If this is the first time you have used Generate Content With AI, you’ll see a welcome screen with a purple Get Started button.
Click the button and you’ll be taken to a Connect Your Account screen with an Authorize button. Click that and you’ll be taken to the ZipWP website.
You’ll be asked to either register or log into ZipWP (The system uses ZipAI and requires an account to work).
Select the orange Authorize & Continue button to link an existing ZipWP account or select Use a different account to create one.
Note:
You should only need to make the connection once. From now on, you’ll be able to automatically access the AI from within Starter Templates.
To change the ZipWP account linked to Starter Templates, select Tools > ZipAI Assistant > Revoke Access.
Once linked, you’ll be returned to Starter Templates where you can select the purple Generate Content with AI button.
You’ll be taken to a brand new menu. It will ask you whether you’re building for a business, individual, organization, restaurant, product, event, landing page or medical.
Select the appropriate option and click Continue to progress.
Next, add a name for your website. The message you see here will depend on the previous option. Click Continue to progress once done.
The next screen will ask you to describe your business. You can add a description manually or use AI to help generate the description. The more detailed you are, the more relevant the results will be.
Click Continue to progress.
Next, you’ll be asked for some contact details to ensure the website contact form is immediately available to visitors. (This is for use on your website only, we don’t collect or use it).
Click Continue to progress.
Once done, you’ll be taken to the images screen. Here you’ll be presented with a range of relevant images depending on the description you added earlier.
Select or deselect images as required from the defaults the AI has chosen.
Once you’re happy with your images, click Continue to progress.
You’ll now be asked to check the information you entered. Once you’re happy with it, select Generate Content to create the page.
If you want to change the prompt for something different, simply open the design library, select the cog icon at the top right and select Update AI Information.
You’ll be able to go through the AI generation process again so you can make any changes you need.
If you have created a block pattern or page already, selecting another page or type of block pattern will utilize the AI content you have already generated.
This saves you credits and time!

Generate Content With AI and Credits
When you begin working with the ZipAI tool in Starter Templates 3.5, you’ll notice a small icon at the top right of the screen with a number next to it.
This is the number of credits you have available to generate content using AI.
You’ll be given 1,000 credits for free as part of the installation. This should be enough to get you started and generate your main pages.
If you like ZipAI and want to use it to create extra pages, you’ll need to purchase more credits.
If you run out of credits, press the icon with the number and then press the Get More Credits button. You’ll be taken to the ZipWP website where you can log in and purchase extra credits.
Currently, 200,000 credits cost just $3.25 per month with the Standard plan. That’s more than enough to create a multi-page business website purely using AI.
If you’re an agency or create websites for clients, you’ll probably get more value out of the Ultimate plan.
It provides 800,000 credits for just $8.25 per month. That’s more than enough to create multiple websites using AI.
Both plans are billed annually.
We would love to give everyone unlimited free credits but it’s just not possible. The infrastructure required to run the AI is expensive and we need to cover the cost somehow.
We have kept the price as low as possible, we hope you understand.
